Another wonderful year with our doodle-bug. It's only her third and yet I can hardly imagine giving thanks without her. This year saw River attacking the turkey in a more grown-up manner; she has mastered the art of the knife and fork. . often better than her mom and dad (especially her mom).

It just wouldn't be Thanksgiving without the pumpkin pie!.
River's Aunt Kim and Aunt Sheila surprised her with an early Christmas present; a deluxe Home Style Kitchen Playset! River has been hard at work honing her cooking skills. Next year Thanksgiving is all on her! .

This is my favorite! The body of the turkey is an outline of River's foot and the feathers are her hands.

Can't get over how big she is..But seeing how we only meet the one time, I shouldn't be to surpised:)
