River's first Independence Day has come and gone and she had a blast. No fireworks this year but lots of balloons, pinwheels, a (temporary) firecracker tattoo and yummy treats including her very first roasted marshmallows. Next year we'll let her experience fireworks and begin letting her in on the history behind the day and why she is lucky to live in the greatest country in the world.
